Personal Information We Collect
We provide services through our Site which allows users to enter information about themselves or on behalf of clients or other third parties. The iGOFORMS Site collects user and client information on behalf of insurance companies and other third parties to complete online insurance applications and other forms. A UserID and password is used to display the correct content within the Site.
