William Rompala as Vice President of Development
Exton, PA — iPipeline, the leading insurance software and content services provider announces the appointment of William Rompala as Vice President of Development. Rompala brings more than fifteen years of technology, process and management experience. His unique blend of skills complements the balance of the iPipeline management team by providing strong direction and guidance needed for the continued building and expanding of the iPipeline technology platforms.
Mr. Rompala has had a distinguished career in IT. He created and led the application development division of Corviant Corporation, a subsidiary of Nationwide Insurance. Accomplishments included the melding best of breed applications to form a cohesive financial platform for independent financial advisors. This platform included trading, CRM, financial accounting, online reporting and custodial clearing. Prior to Corviant, Mr. Rompala was Vice President of the Distributed Technologies Group for J.P. Morgan, leading many pioneering web based development efforts for various business centers located in Delaware, New York and London . Additionally, Rompala has been a contributing author for two books on distributed technologies and has published articles in industry magazines on the topic of application development for the Internet.
