Day 9Our final day of leg 1 of the iGO e-App Drive Across America brought us to the Rosenthal Agency in Miami, FL. We were greeted by Richard and Robert Rosenthal, and their team. After catching up, we sat down with Robert, Aymara Golan (Long Term Care Specialist), and Case Managers Leya Barr and Sandra Singh to go over some of the new things happening at iPipeline. We showed them a couple of the videos from our previous visits and gave a brief overview of iGO e-App. Our discussion on iGO led us into the new acquisition of AgencyWorks which Robert and his team were extremely excited about! His case managers loved the idea of integrating iGO e-App with AgencyWorks’ AMS system (got some great feedback on this!). The ability to integrate client data from iGO e-App into AgencyWorks’ AMS system was something that Leya and Sandra were particularly excited about. After a quick meeting with The Rosenthal Agency, we headed off to NAILBA 28, our final destination on our trip! All the best, --Tyler Beeson
