Day 4

Today our day started off at Hunt Financial Group in Columbia SC. We met with President Ray Hunt, and his two case managers who both happen to be named Ashley. Ray also invited a few agents into the office to see our presentation and give feedback on iGO e-App. His agents, while being a little older, were very impressed with the tool and it's capabilities. A few of them have even done a few cases already. They had great things to say about our HELP line and even admitted to building a strong relationship with Jackie who has assisted them numerous times (way to go Jackie!!). One of the agents, Herb, was able to get a case completed and issued in less than a WEEK on a Genworth app via iGO e-App.

Next we drove to The Milner Group in Lawrenceville, GA where we met with Greg Ragan COO/CFO, Whit Milner Executive Vice President, Sue McGibeny Director of Life Marketing and Internal Administration, and Dewayne Earwood, Technology Director. The Milner Group is not yet using iGO e-App, so we answered a lot of questions on its capabilities. Whit stated that iGO would be a great recruiting and retention tool. He loved the fact that Go/NoGo makes iGO sticky in that when agents sign up for a username/password on their site, apps that are submitted are automatically directed to their website.
