Day 1

November 2, 2009 - Exton, PA

We arrived at BSI in Germantown, Maryland at 10:45 am for our first customer stop on the drive. We met with 13 agents and BGA staff members to do an iGO e-App demo. Some of the key questions we answered were around integration with their AgencyWorks agency management system and e-signature. They were happy that ING and Genworth use iGO e-App, and were looking forward to getting all of their carriers on the platform. We mentioned Assurity, MetLife, Nationwide, Pacific Life and Transamerica are also iGO e-App carriers and sponsors of the drive.

Our next stop was a meeting with LifeMark at their new headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland. Tyler and I met with Kelli Tormey to discuss trends we were seeing with iGO e-App and the benefits we see from the acquisition of AgencyWorks.

Our final stop for the day was dinner with Chris Chartrand from Genworth, in Richmond Virginia. After discussing iPipeline's strategy and having an excellent dinner, we headed back to the hotel to catch the next round of the World Series. Go Phillies!
